Questions about the property and the facilities
How many bed has the flat?
Our flat can accomodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with dining room and 3 complete bathrooms. In the living room there is a sofa-bed.
Is it suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! The big fenced garden is perfect to let the children play safely.
The flat is spacious and designed to host families.
Can I bring my dog or cat on holiday?
Of course! La Casa del Nonno is pet friendly. The garden is completely fenced, so your furry friends can run around safe and free. We just ask you to tell us before your arrival.
Is the parking included?
Yes, the guests have at their disposal a private parking inside the property, completely free.
Is there a Wifi connection?
Yes, the Wifi is free and available in all the apartment.
Is there a safe available?
Yes, for your peace of mind, the flat has a hidden safe, where you can put precious objects and documents.
Can I use the laundry?
On premises, there is a washing machine in the cellar.
Is air conditioning and heating?
The air conditioner is on both floors of the apartment, it can work also as a heating system, during the spring.

Where exactly is La Casa del Nonno?
We are in Sikici, a small village in the istrian countryside, only 10 minutes far from the centre of Pula and the sea. An ideal position for guests who search the peace without giving up the promixity to amenities and turistic attractions.
Which are the closest beaches?
You can reach the wonderful shores of southern Istria in 10, 15 minutes by car. We highly suggest the beach of Premantura in the natural site of Cape Kamenjak: its hidden coves and its cliffs are famous for a reason.
How can I reach you from the airport of Pula?
Pula’s airport is about 15 minutes from the property. We can suggest you the best taxi and transfer.
Is it better to rent a car?
Yes, to travel through Istria and easily explore all the suggested destinations (Pula, Premantura, Fazana, Bale, Rovinj), we suggest you to rent a car. Our countryside location is the ideal starting point for daily trips.
How far is Rovinj?
The gorgeus city of Rovinj is about 30, 35 minutes far by car and it’s a destination not to be missed.
Questions about booking and stay
What are times of check-in and check-out?
Check-in is possible from 5pm to 8pm. The check out has to be before 10.30. For any specific request (late arrive or check out), call us and we will do our best to help you.
Is there a deposit?
Usually the deposit is €300.

Which is the best period to visit Istria?
Istria is wonderful in every season! Spring and autumn are surely the best for those who like trekking, going by bike and quietness. Autumn is also precious for grape harvest and truffle. Summer is ideal for acquatic sports and the concerts inside the Arena of Pula.
